Nowhere can I figure out or find how to get it into recovery mode. I've download the latest version of the software, and want to try and see if I can flash the device a new version to update it and get it out of the bootloop. This happened apparently after starting up after power tripped for loadshedding. After inspection, this is the boot screen. Yesterday they phone and say it's stuck on the screen where it says 'Android'.
